CANCELLATION POLICY: Our staff reserves your appointment time exclusively for you. It creates a hardship for them when an appointment is canceled too late and they don't have the opportunity to fill that time spot. In consideration of their time, any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Any FACIAL SERVICE canceled with less than 36 hours’ notice will be charged in full. If we are able to fill your time slot, you will not be charged for the missed appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

SUNDAY SERVICE POLICY: Please note that our standard pricing model includes implementing peak pricing on Sundays. Because this is a cherished family day, we believe in compensating our staff appropriately. We know that you appreciate the value of receiving services on that day, and your willingness to pay the adjusted pricing honors the dedication our employees demonstrate by choosing to work on Sundays.
